It is reported that China has revised the new regulations on maritime law enforcement by the coast guard, which emphasizes that in the future, the Chinese coast guard has the right to detain those who illegally land on the island, and the detention period depends on the severity of the circumstances, in most cases it is less than one month, and if it is serious or special circumstances, it can be extended to two months.
In other words, our coast guard no longer has to keep its eyes on the islands of the South China Sea all day long. As long as those who are found to have landed on the island illegally, they can be detained in accordance with the law, instead of patrolling everywhere as they are now, for fear that the Philippines will board a ship on a certain island and reef in the South China Sea if they do not pay attention.
