Among them, the pension technology start-ups settled in the incubator will be given free space support for 2 years. Other enterprises will be subsidized by 80% of the actual rent in the first year and 50% of the actual rent in the second year, with a maximum subsidy of 1 million yuan per year for each enterprise or institution. 4. Supplementary Provisions

1. This policy and other policies in Minhang District shall be implemented in accordance with the principle of "high and non-repetitive", and the same project shall not enjoy the same policy repeatedly.

2. Establish credit oversight mechanisms, and follow the corresponding procedures to restrict or cancel the qualifications of enterprises and public institutions that have serious negative judicial and administrative records on the Shanghai Municipal Public Credit Information Service Platform.
