1. Use a moldy cutting board

Because aflatoxin is resistant to high temperatures and can only be killed at a high temperature of 270 °C, brewing with boiling water in daily life cannot inactivate aflatoxin at all. Only by alkaline solution immersion and other methods can be successfully sanitized.
2. Do not dry the dishes and chopsticks
If the dishes and chopsticks are not dried after washing, the dishes and chopsticks will be in a humid state for a long time, which is more likely to breed bacteria.
