In order to give full play to the advantages of the appropriate technology characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, consolidate the therapeutic effect of practical auricular acupuncture technology, improve the ability of nursing staff to differentiate the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, and continuously deepen the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine services, on the afternoon of May 17, Lixian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital organized a salon activity and case sharing report meeting of auricular acupressure therapy. More than 100 people attended the event, including Dai Qinghua, deputy secretary of the Party committee and vice president of the hospital, directors of some functional departments, head nurses, backbone medical and nursing TCM practitioners, representatives of hospital health group units, and TCM enthusiasts in villages, towns and communities. The event was presided over by Hu Jing, the head nurse of the Department of Internal Medicine.
Case sharing
In this activity, a total of 21 teachers from different departments shared their experience in the typical cases of diseases in their departments from the aspects of auricular acupoint selection, acupoint extraction ideas, treatment course, symptom prognosis, and experience.

In the tea party and on-site interactive session, everyone participated enthusiastically and the on-site interactive atmosphere was warm. While enjoying the food, everyone can also firmly grasp the relevant knowledge of auricular acupoints in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.

After the case sharing, Song Yan, director of the nursing department, commented from a professional point of view, answered the questions raised by the teachers one by one during the case sharing, and gave more accurate and effective suggestions and guidance on the acupoints and precautions in the treatment of some cases with poor clinical efficacy, which benefited everyone a lot.

Dai Qinghua, deputy secretary of the Party committee and vice president of the hospital, summarized the event, she affirmed and supported the nursing staff of our hospital to actively carry out practical auricular acupoint technology, and put forward the 16-character expectation of "bold practice, hard work, timely summary, and medical and nursing cooperation". It is believed that under the correct guidance and support of the Party Committee of the hospital, the clinical application of appropriate TCM technology in our hospital can be more standardized, and more attention will be paid to improving the clinical efficacy.
