The motor vehicle safety technical testing institutions within the jurisdiction strictly implement the inspection items and standards, focusing on the inspection of trucks without permission to change the overall size of the vehicle, install high steeplechase plates, thicken steel plates, transform girders, axles and brake systems and other illegal acts, and issue false inspection results and fail to implement inspections in accordance with national standards, and investigate the responsibility of relevant units and personnel in accordance with the law. At the same time, the public security traffic police department in the registration of trucks, the issuance of inspection marks, and the "vehicle manufacturers and products announcement" inconsistent, do not meet the national mandatory standards of the model, will not be registered, will not pass the inspection. Illegal acts such as motor vehicle maintenance enterprises undertaking the repair of scrapped trucks or unauthorized modification of trucks will be seriously dealt with.
Linkage and coordination, increase the intensity of supervision. The Weng'an County Transportation Bureau, together with the county public security traffic police, natural resources, industry and information technology, water affairs, emergency management, market supervision, ecological environment and other departments, jointly supervises and governs mines, cement and building materials, sand and gravel yards, logistics stations and other cargo distribution centers. All factories, mines, sand and gravel plants and other freight source enterprises are required to load goods in accordance with the nuclear quality stipulated by the state, and the enterprises that illegally load and load freight vehicles shall be severely dealt with in accordance with the law.
