It's a lively scene
Tangbao railway connects the main coal producing areas in the central and western parts of Inner Mongolia and the Bohai Bay port, is one of the main trunk lines of the busy railway in the mainland, because the Tangbao railway belongs to the coal heavy-duty special line, the freight train weighs more than 10,000 tons, which is two to three times that of ordinary freight trains, and the loss of the line is more serious.
In order to ensure the safety of national energy transportation, from May 7th to June 9th, the grassland railway will use 34 large "skylights" to carry out large-scale centralized renovation of the Tangbao line in the pipeline, such as replacing rails, seamless line stress release, line turnout tamping, line cleaning and screening, etc., to improve the quality of energy transportation channel equipment and provide a good foundation for national energy supply.
At the construction site, the screening machine shuttles back and forth to dig out the ballast in the straight stock section, and the construction personnel use the hammer, dragline and crescent shovel to drive the ballast in the curved stock section out. After a while, the bare track was revealed. Starting adjustment, ballast padding, tamping and tamping, all the work is racing against time and proceeding in an orderly manner.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction, the grassland railway arranged special personnel to conduct a detailed investigation of the line in advance, understand the real state of the equipment, the surrounding environment and the location of the buried cable, analyze and judge the factors that may affect the construction progress, formulate the disposal plan in a targeted manner, determine the prevention and control measures, and reasonably arrange the excavator travel route, personnel and equipment access to the network and other work to ensure the safe and orderly progress of the construction.
The track bed is affected by the train, and it is prone to hardening and poor drainage. We remove the mud and dirty ballast in the track bed by breaking the bottom and cleaning the screen, replace the clean ballast, and restore the elasticity of the track bed, so that the train will run more safely and smoothly.

The cleaning and screening truck moves forward slowly, the excavation chain rotates rapidly, the stone ballast under the sleeper is dug up together with the crushed ballast and the spoil, and enters the screen box through the guide groove for screening, the black dirt and gravel ballast are thrown into the material transport vehicle by the conveyor belt, and the clean stone ballast falls into the track bed through the backfill device. The ballast trucks followed by opened their "arms" to sort out the scattered stone ballast on both sides of the line.
The tamping car and the stabilization car appeared on the stage, and the height and direction of the line in the cleaning and screening section were finely adjusted and compacted and stabilized. The wind became stronger at the scene, and the flying dust almost obscured the view, and the line inspection personnel struggled to use the track ruler to measure the line data.
We organized more than 200 construction personnel and more than 10 mechanical cars to complete the line cleaning task in more than one month, so that the train runs more safely and smoothly.
