It is understood that on November 14, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an announcement on the filing of the investigation.
Bridgestone and Pulin were selected as the companies to be compelled to respond to the lawsuit.
As requested, they submitted the information and data required for the survey in full.
The final decision in the case is expected to be made within 135 days from the date of the preliminary ruling.
If the final determination of the U.S. Department of Commerce is still positive, and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) also makes an affirmative ruling, the U.S. Department of Commerce will issue an anti-dumping duty order.
