The construction project of Huitian military coating series production line is located in Yongshou County New Synthetic Material Processing Park, which is invested and constructed by Xianyang Huitian Henghui Technology Co., Ltd. With a total investment of 550 million yuan and a total construction area of 26,000 square meters, the project mainly builds a comprehensive office building, a raw material storage tank area, an accident pool of a sewage treatment station and 5 production lines such as 3,000 tons/year of military coatings, 2,000 tons/year of resin, 20 tons/year of new high-speed combustion catalyst and 300 tons/year of acryloyl chloride.
The project has high scientific and technological content, good market prospects, and strong driving effect, and its products are mainly used for national key projects and military enterprises. It belongs to the city's 16 key industrial chains in the "air, sea and sky equipment supporting industry chain", which is of great significance for the expansion of Yongshou new material industry, improving the competitiveness of the new material industry and the upstream and downstream supporting capabilities.
The average investment per mu of the project is 6.11 million yuan, the average output value per mu is 6.45 million yuan, the average tax revenue per mu is 520,000 yuan, and more than 180 people are employed.
At present, Huitian military coating series products production line construction project 3000 tons/year military coating production line, 2000 tons/year resin production line, 20 tons/year new high-speed catalyst production line, 300 tons/year acryloyl chloride production line and other 5 production line plants have been completed, equipment has been installed, and it is planned to be put into operation at the end of May.
