On May 17, the Provincial Women's Federation held a special study meeting on the study (expansion) of the Party Group Theory Study Center Group and Party Discipline Study and Education to convey the spirit of the relevant documents on the study and education of the Party discipline of the Central and Provincial Party Committees, collectively study the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China, and conduct exchanges and discussions around "political discipline and organizational discipline". Huang Cengli, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of the Provincial Women's Federation, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
The meeting required that we should deepen our ideological understanding, deeply understand the importance of carrying out party discipline study and education, accurately grasp the objectives and tasks of carrying out party discipline study and education, continuously improve our political position, and insist on integrating party discipline study into daily life and grasping it regularly, and always be loyal, clean and responsible. It is necessary to keep an eye on the learning objectives, in accordance with the party discipline study and education plan, and carry out activities such as "three meetings and one lesson", theme party days, party secretaries teaching discipline party classes, warning education, etc., highlighting the three types of key targets and retired party members and cadres of newly promoted cadres, young cadres, and cadres in key positions, and doing a good job in training at different levels and categories to ensure full coverage of the whole process of supervision and guidance. It is necessary to adhere to the bottom line of principles, grasp the study and education of party discipline as an important political task, combine it with the continuous rectification of formalism to reduce the burden on the grassroots, strictly guard against "low-level red" and "high-level black", comprehensively and accurately grasp and know the boundaries of party discipline, clarify the code of conduct and bottom line, and ensure that the study and education of party discipline are deepened and solid with a good style.
