On August 30, 2021, an employee of a communications technology company was electrocuted, resulting in one death.
The investigation found that on the same day, three workers from a communication technology company, including Zhang, Zheng, and Liu, rectified the power lines of communication equipment in a basement power distribution room. Zhang Moumou, the person in charge of the on-site construction, wore the power cord of the communication equipment down at the ceiling of the distribution room, and Zheng and Liu cooperated with Zhang Moumou on the ground. After investigation, Zheng and Liu did not obtain electrician certificates, and the company did not equip Zheng and Liu with protective equipment that met the standards.
