Elizabeth Gadd is a photographer based in Vancouver, Canada. Growing up in this beautiful area, she easily fell in love with exploring the surrounding forests, fields, mountains, and oceans, all of which are deeply integrated into her photography.

There will be times when she doesn't want to do anything along the way, and sometimes it only lasts a few days... Sometimes it's longer and more intense. Here's her trick: she experiences a 2-3 month break from work every year, usually during the winter solstice and early spring. Leave all your burdens behind and take a break.
She did a "365 Project" and took a self-portrait every day for a whole year, and the best way to improve her photography is to dedicate herself to creating every day until she sees progress. That year, I learned more than all my previous photography experiences combined.
"My advice to upcoming photographers is to create as much as you can," she says. Don't be afraid to experiment with different styles. Create with your heart. Let other photographers inspire you, but don't compare yourself to yourself, your work is your own. If you don't see improvement after a few days or months, don't worry. It took me many years to see my progress. Finally, take a moment to take a step back from the camera and see the world with your own eyes rather than the lens. A different perspective can work wonders and can also remind you of the reasons for your creation. ”
