The Party Committee of China Railway Construction and the Research Committee of China Railway Construction decided that Comrade Guang Zhenxiong was appointed as the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., and was the candidate for president and director, and no longer served as the chief engineer; Long Xinqiao is a member of the Party Committee of China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. and a candidate for vice president.
Founded in 1953 and headquartered in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. Long Xinqiao, born in 1967, is a member of the Communist Party of China, with a master's degree in business administration and a senior engineer. He used to be a member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of China Railway 11th Bureau. In May 2024, he was appointed as a member of the Party Committee and vice president of China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd.
At present, the institute has more than 5,300 employees, including 3 national engineering survey and design masters, 3 national candidates for the New Century Millions of Talents Project, more than 30 young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions to the country and experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, and more than 200 provincial and ministerial experts.
