On May 11, the project department of Huaigou Reservoir in Pengyang County invited the construction unit, supervision unit, project department and labor subcontracting team to organize and carry out fire safety emergency drills in the reservoir area of the construction site, popularize fire safety knowledge in the way of actual combat drills, and effectively build a fire safety "protective network" of the project department.
Project manager Yong Ankang introduced the purpose, significance and related requirements of the fire drill, and safety officer Ma Xiaoping read out the safety measures to prevent fire accidents at the construction site and living area, how to escape correctly in the event of a fire and the use of fire extinguishers and precautions. Everyone carried out the practical operation of using fire extinguishers in turn, and extinguished the simulated fire points.
Take precautions first, and practice is the basis for preparedness. Through this emergency drill, the fire safety awareness of all employees of the project was further improved, the fire emergency rescue ability of pre-prevention, in-process control and post-event remediation was enhanced, and the safety precautions for fire prevention and protective measures and methods for dealing with fire hazards were mastered, which laid a solid foundation for ensuring the safety of project construction.
