As one of the first employment and entrepreneurship service stations in Helan County, Fuxing Street New Era Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Station adopts the four-in-one live broadcast mode of "enterprise display + job introduction + online Q&A + live delivery", and the staff of the service station sort out the information of a number of employers every day according to the needs and feedback of job seekers, interact with job seekers "face to face", and provide different positions for job seekers to choose according to their own conditions. In addition, the self-media platform is also used to regularly push the content of "video job exploration", and the staff goes into the enterprise to visit the job, work content, salary and other issues, and answer the questions of job seekers more intuitively. Since the start of the broadcast, the live broadcast room of the Fuxing Street New Era Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Station has accumulated 20,930 viewers, 866 resumes have been received, more than 10,000 fans of the self-media platform have been added, and 603 new followers have been added.
