Walking into Changchun Changguang Aerospace Composite Materials Co., Ltd., a "black cover" with a diameter of 3.1 meters and a length of 5 meters comes into view, which protects the space launch vehicle to fly to the "sea of stars".

The "black cover" is a large-scale composite satellite fairing product developed by Changguang Aerospace's R&D team using domestic T700 carbon fiber. The technical route of this product is the first in China, with independent intellectual property rights, and the key technical indicators of the product have reached the advanced level in the same industry, which can be applied to the fairing of space launch vehicles and other fields, and vigorously promote the localization of raw materials in the field of carbon fiber in the mainland.

"The product is an integrated structure, characterized by the use of domestic carbon fiber, to achieve independent control. In the process of research and development, we have comprehensively overcome the technical problems related to large-size preparation, put forward new technical concepts and methods, and formed new process methods, which greatly reduce costs and improve efficiency. Zou Zhiwei, deputy general manager of Changguang Aerospace, said that product research and development has been supported by relevant funds in Changchun City.

Focusing on key technology research in the fields of automobiles, high-end equipment manufacturing, optoelectronic information, and new materials, the city has implemented an innovation-driven development strategy, invested 11.7 million yuan in science and technology, and driven enterprises to invest more than 4,000 yuan, supporting a number of stars and key science and technology enterprises such as Yuheng Optics, Rongde Optics, Xida Electronics, Changguang Chenxin, Changguang Aerospace, etc., in photoelectric encoders, laser chips, solid-state lasers, CMOS image sensors, high-precision fast mirrors, carbon fiber composite materials, polyetheretherketone, In terms of flexible display luminescent materials, breakthroughs have been made in a number of key core technologies and a number of major innovative achievements have been made.

A series of key technological research projects and high-quality scientific and technological innovation achievements have been transformed into real productivity, injecting strong impetus into innovation and development. At present, 24 municipal key R&D plans have been selected for key technology research, 48 new technologies and 39 new products, new materials, new processes and new devices have been developed, and 93 intellectual property rights (42 invention patents) have been applied for, providing strong scientific and technological support for industrial innovation and the cultivation of emerging industries.

Rongde Optics has developed a new type of highly integrated miniaturized photoelectric encoder with self-developed circuit integrated processing chips, which can be used in servo control, industrial automation, robotics, intelligent manufacturing, aerospace and other fields to ensure the safety of the industrial chain.

"The integrated processing chip we developed has overcome key technologies, realized domestic substitution, independent and controllable, and solved the problems restricting the development of the industry such as insufficient supply of chips required for the production of similar encoder products in China." Ni Guodong said that at present, the company has an annual production capacity of 200,000 units (sets), and its technical level has reached the international advanced level.

Zhongke Yinghua has broken through a number of key technologies in the industrialization process of high-content starch plasticization, modified molding processing, equipment manufacturing, etc., and has successfully developed bio-based buffer foaming products and special twin-screw production equipment;

The Xinjinxiang 160km/h power centralized electric unit (drum body) project solves the technical problem of easy deformation of the car body caused by the application of multiple weld splicing technology, and realizes the dimensional accuracy of high-strength roll-pressed steel with wide and long parts, and the technical level is internationally leading;

Changguangchen has broken through key technologies such as low-noise charge domain global shutter pixel design, high-sensitivity active pixel technology, and high-speed data transmission technology, and developed a high-speed global shutter CMOS image sensor with independent intellectual property rights, and the results have been industrialized......

The precision polishing equipment for optical aspheric components is jointly developed by Boxin Optoelectronics and Changchun University of Technology. The project has integrated manufacturing technology that seamlessly integrates design, processing and operation. "At present, the project has increased the overall economic benefits of the enterprise by more than 30%, and won the first prize of the 2022 China Association for the Promotion of Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation and Promotion Award." The project leader said.
