In order to cultivate students' attention to mental health, cultivate a positive and fearless psychological quality, strive to create a good atmosphere for everyone to pay attention to mental health education and participate in mental health education, and further improve the pertinence and effectiveness of school mental health education, Gulou Primary School in Hanbin District launched the Sunshine Psychology Festival on May 13.
The purpose of this activity is to implement the requirements of the higher authorities for the school's mental health education, and to create a safe campus with heart and affection through the "three all" mental health education of all staff, the whole process and the comprehensive, so as to escort the mental health of teachers and students. In order to ensure the smooth progress of this activity, the school held a special meeting on mental health education publicity activities to discuss and plan the development path of mental health education. At the launching ceremony, Li Yiwen, a student from the third class of the fifth grade, gave a keynote speech on "Positive Attitude, Half the Success". Under the leadership of the school's psychological committee, all teachers and students in the school did sign language exercises together to "not give up". Duan Xuan, a mental health education teacher, issued an initiative of "five educations to nourish the heart, move forward with 'reason'" to the teachers and students of the school, and read out the activity arrangements of the Sunshine Psychology Festival, wishing all teachers and students in the school to have a sunny psychology and a happy life.
In the next Sunshine Psychology Festival, the school will also carry out a series of activities such as the "Mandala in the Pen, the Flower in the Heart" Teachers' Psychological Group Assistance, the "Heart-Moistening Heart, Colorful Spring" Parent-Child Stress Reduction Group Assistance, the mental health "Physical Examination" survey of "Heart Awareness and Heart Growth" for grades 3 to 6 and all teachers, and the search for small smile ambassadors, so as to continuously deepen mental health education and provide more comprehensive and professional support and protection for the mental health of all teachers and students.
