In order to better understand the mental health status of employees, on the morning of May 14, PetroChina Liaohe Oilfield Gas Group Co., Ltd. invited 4 contracted psychological counselors from the EAP project team of the oilfield company to the company's Panjin CNG mother station to carry out the "mental health front-line line" activity, and 11 grassroots front-line employees participated in the activity.
During the activity, professional psychological counselors communicated one-on-one and face-to-face with employees, patiently listened to employees' psychological confusion and troubles, jointly sought inner balance and strength, and provided professional advice and psychological support to employees in a timely manner to help them get out of their psychological difficulties. The event was a healing process that contributed to the improvement of employees' well-being and quality of life.

The company carries out in-depth mental health promotion work through mental health examinations, mental health assessment and training, counseling, group counseling and other forms, builds a "heart-to-heart bridge" for employees, formulates more targeted psychological care measures for employees, gives employees the opportunity to talk, explore and find solutions to problems, and promotes employees to be healthier and happier in work and life.
