The community of the West Locomotive Depot adheres to the principle of grasping the party building with the team, grasping the party members with the masses, and grasping the typical with the general, and establishes a party branch in each residential community to build an organizational structure of "community party committee - community party branch", and the party branch members are composed of community party members, building chiefs, and unit leaders, forming a horizontal to the edge, vertical to the bottom, full coverage, and seamless party building work system. Carry out party member contracting, party member commitment to fulfill promises, set up party member vanguard team, party member demonstration post, and comprehensively stimulate the vitality of party members.
Promote grid micro-governance and strengthen the role of "bridge link".
The community actively practices the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era, deepens the "residents' deliberations" system, innovatively carries out residents' councils in the grid, explores the implementation of the grid micro-governance model, uses the "WeChat group" and "convenient information column" to collect social conditions and public opinions online and offline, and actively solves the people's urgency, difficulties and expectations through handling before litigation and front-line services, responding to residents' demands in a timely manner, and resolving all contradictions and hidden dangers in the grid; Relying on the assistant agency, the establishment of the assistant agency volunteer service team to provide door-to-door services for the elderly, the weak, the sick and the disabled and residents in need of help in the jurisdiction, combined with the "1+N" volunteer service organization system, to carry out various forms of volunteer service activities to meet the diversified needs of residents.
Stimulate the efficiency of co-construction and strengthen the role of "centripetal force".
The community adheres to the party building to lead pluralistic co-governance, develops and expands the service force, and gathers schools, resident units, and member units of the "big party committee" in the jurisdiction to organize and carry out activities such as civilization creation, investigation of potential safety hazards, and policy theory preaching, so as to effectively improve the level of refinement and efficiency of grassroots governance. Through daily inspections, environmental sanitation problems were investigated and sorted out, and a rectification list was listed, focusing on the problems of unit corridors, blind spots, debris stacking, and green belts overgrown with weeds. Up to now, a total of 11 centralized rectifications have been carried out, more than 60 personnel have been dispatched, nearly 90 large garbage pieces have been cleaned up, and more than 20 sanitary dead ends have been cleaned up, and the sanitary dead ends in the jurisdiction have been comprehensively cleaned up, creating a comfortable and livable environment for the masses.
In the next step, the community will continue to broaden the new path of integrating party building into grassroots governance and serving the masses under the leadership of party building, and closely unite multiple forces such as residents, enterprises and member units of the "big party committee" in the jurisdiction, and work together to create a concentric circle of community party building leadership.
