During the Red Cross Fraternity Week and the May 12 Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Day, in order to further popularize the knowledge of emergency care and improve everyone's emergency response ability in emergencies. On May 10, the Handan Red Cross Society came to the square in front of the Handan Stadium to carry out emergency rescue knowledge training for the staff of the Handan Sports Bureau and the passers-by.
During the training, the teacher gave a detailed explanation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillator (AED) through a combination of theoretical explanation and practical demonstration. Subsequently, under the guidance of the teachers, everyone carried out practical exercises on the spot.
At the event site, the teacher distributed the first aid knowledge leaflet to the participants of the activity.
