Reason of the recall
The vehicles covered by this recall may have damaged their internal components due to software problems with the integrated charge control module (ICCU), and the vehicles cannot charge the 12V battery, resulting in the gradual limitation of the vehicle's speed after the warning light is lit, and the loss of power after a period of time, which is a safety hazard.
Disposal measures

Reason of the recall
Due to manufacturing reasons, the clamping bolts of the upper control arm of some vehicles within the scope of this recall may break, resulting in the separation of the upper control arm from the steering knuckle, and in extreme cases, the wheels may fall off, which is a potential safety hazard.

Aston Martin Lagonda (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. has decided to recall the following vehicles from April 30, 2024:
(1) A total of 11 DBX I6 vehicles manufactured between May 17, 2022 and August 9, 2022 are being recalled.
Reason of the recall
In some vehicles within the scope of this recall, the fixing nut of the 48V battery cable connected to the rear fuse box is not properly tightened, and the loose nut may cause the fuse box to be damaged by heat or the vehicle to lose power, resulting in engine stalling, loss of headlights, electric auxiliary steering and other functions, increasing the risk of vehicle accidents, and there are potential safety hazards.
Disposal measures
Aston Martin Laconda (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., through authorized dealers, will tighten the 48V battery cable retention nut for the vehicles covered by the recall free of charge, and replace it if the rear fuse box and 48V battery cable are damaged to eliminate the safety hazard.
(2) A total of 26 DBX707 vehicles manufactured between September 30, 2022 and July 19, 2023 are being recalled.
Reason of the recall
For some vehicles within the scope of this recall, due to the manufacturing process, pits and nail marks may form on the inner wall of the oil cooler hose, and in extreme cases, the hose may crack, resulting in instantaneous loss of oil and oil pressure, causing the engine to stall, increasing the risk of accidents or fires in the vehicle, and posing a potential safety hazard.

Aston Martin Lagonda (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. will, through authorized dealers, replace the oil cooler hose free of charge for the vehicles covered by the recall to eliminate the safety hazard.
(3) Recall of 1,088 DBX vehicles manufactured between May 7, 2020 and September 28, 2022; DBX707 vehicles manufactured between January 27, 2022 and September 30, 2023, a total of 96 units; A total of 710 DBX I6 vehicles were produced between September 7, 2021 and August 31, 2023.
Reason of the recall
In some vehicles within the scope of this recall, the fixing nut of the cable in the 12V battery fuse box may be loose, resulting in heat damage to the fuse box or power failure of the vehicle, resulting in engine stalling, loss of headlights, electric auxiliary steering and other functions, increasing the risk of vehicle accidents and potential safety hazards.

Reason of the recall

What is the definition of "defect"?
The defects mentioned in these "Regulations" refer to the situations that do not meet the national standards and industry standards for the protection of personal and property safety or other unreasonable dangers that endanger the safety of persons and property in the same batch, model or category of automobile products caused by design, manufacturing, labeling, etc.
What should manufacturers and operators who sell, lease, or repair automobile products (hereinafter referred to as "operators") do if they find defective products?
According to the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Recall of Defective Automobile Products, the manufacturer of the automobile product (hereinafter referred to as the producer) is the subject of the recall of the defective automobile product. If there is a defect in the automobile product, the manufacturer shall implement the recall in accordance with these measures.
When a manufacturer implements a recall, it shall formulate a recall plan in accordance with the provisions of the State Administration for Market Regulation, and file with the State Administration for Market Regulation within 5 working days from the date of confirming the defect of the automobile product or within 5 working days from the date of being ordered to recall; At the same time, the operator shall be notified in an effective manner.
If a business operator learns that an automobile product is defective, it shall immediately stop selling, leasing or using the defective automobile product, and assist the manufacturer in carrying out the recall.
