As one of the first batch of low-carbon (zero) carbon township construction pilots in Zhejiang Province, Baizhang Town innovatively proposed four low-carbon pilot measures: "scientific method carbon calculation, science and technology empowerment carbon management, carbon reduction in production and life, and forest management to increase sinks", to improve the "green content", reduce the "carbon content", and increase the "recycling volume".
