According to the "Regulations on the Personnel Management of Public Institutions", "Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions", "Regulations on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Henan Province" and the "Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Open Recruitment of Public Institutions" issued by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions in Zhumadian City (Trial)" and the Opinions on Further Standardizing the Recruitment and Deployment of Personnel in Municipal Institutions (Trial) issued by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Organization Office and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, combined with the actual education development of our district, After the research and decision of the leading group for the recruitment of teachers in Yicheng District, 50 teachers will be recruited through the campus.

1. Basic principles

Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based selection, strict recruitment discipline to ensure the quality of recruitment.

Second, the number of recruits and job requirements

It is planned to recruit a total of 50 teachers from high schools, urban junior high schools, urban primary schools, and township middle schools. For specific positions, please refer to the "List of Positions and Numbers of Teachers Recruited on Campus in Yicheng District in 2024" (Annex 1).

(1) 5 high school teachers;

(2) 25 junior high school teachers in urban areas;

(3) 15 primary school teachers in urban areas;

(4) 5 township middle school teachers.

3. Scope of recruitment

211. Bachelor's degree or above in normal majors in double first-class normal colleges, and graduates of 2023 and 2024 bachelor's degree or above (and with corresponding degree certificates) in general higher education normal majors of Henan University, Henan Normal University and Xinyang Normal University, excluding jointly run schools and independent colleges.

Fourth, the recruitment conditions

(1) The recruitment target must meet the following requirements (1), 2 and 3 at the same time, and those with Article 4 are preferred:

1. There is no bad record of violating laws and disciplines during the school period.

2. The results of each subject in each semester are above pass, and there is no make-up examination.

3. Physical and mental health.

4. Outstanding student cadres, members of the Communist Party of China, and winners of more than 2 scholarships during the university.

(2) The major of the applicant is consistent with the major applied for, and the corresponding teacher qualification certificate must be obtained before taking up the post (the major is consistent and the level is in line).

(3) Age: under 25 years old for undergraduate students (born after January 1, 1999), and under 30 years old for master's students (born after January 1, 1994).

5. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Propaganda and mobilization

With the Zhumadian Talent Information Website (https://rcjlzx.hrss.zhumadian.gov.cn) as a platform, we will publish recruitment information and announcements.

(2) Registration and qualification review

This recruitment will be carried out by on-site registration.

Registration time and place:

May 18, 2024 Henan University (8:00~12:00 a.m.)

May 19, 2024 Henan Normal University (8:00~12:00 a.m.)

May 25, 2024 Xinyang Normal University (8:00 a.m. ~ 12:00 p.m.)

Registration requirements: Applicants should register in accordance with the disciplines and requirements announced in the recruitment plan, and applicants should fill in the relevant registration information truthfully and accurately, and select eligible positions for registration.

According to the actual situation of education development in our district, the personnel of all levels and disciplines who apply for the examination will be selected according to the recruitment plan according to the corresponding recruitment plan.

The following documents must be submitted during the on-site qualification review:

(1) The original and photocopy of the valid second-generation ID card;

(2) The original and copy of the teacher's qualification certificate, which must be provided before taking up the post if not obtained;

(3) Original and photocopy of degree certificate and graduation certificate (if the degree certificate and graduation certificate have not yet been issued to the graduates in 2024, the original "Graduate Employment Recommendation Form" and "Academic Transcript" issued by the employment department of the institution shall be provided);

(4) A paper form of the "Yicheng District 2024 Campus Recruitment Teacher Registration Form" filled in by me (printed on A4 paper, see Annex 2).

(5) If the 2024 fresh graduates have signed the employment agreement, they must submit the certificate of termination agreement stamped by the work unit; Graduates who are not employed must submit the "Electronic Registration and Filing Form for Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education" downloaded from the Academic Information Network.

(6) Two one-inch bareheaded color photos.

All applicants must be present in person during the on-site qualification examination, and no one else is allowed.

The qualification review of this recruitment work runs through the whole process. Candidates should sign a letter of commitment to good faith when registering, and the information submitted and the relevant materials provided must be true and valid. Those who do not meet the registration conditions, commit fraud or violate the recruitment regulations will be disqualified from applying for or hiring once found.

(3) Recruitment methods

Recruitment is carried out by means of assessment and assessment.

Applicants who pass the qualification examination of the recruitment team can enter the assessment and evaluation link, and the specific evaluation method is trial lecture. The time and place of the assessment will be notified separately.

The trial lecture takes the form of a micro-class, and physical education and music majors need a talent show (content optional). The content of the lecture is the content of the textbooks of the corresponding disciplines (the specific content is randomly selected temporarily), which mainly examines the candidates' education, teaching knowledge and adaptability, logical thinking ability, language expression ability, classroom organization ability and appearance.

The full score of the assessment is 100 points, and the passing score is 70 points.

The interview time for physical education and music majors is 15 minutes (10 minutes for lectures, 5 minutes for talent show), and the interview time for other majors is 10 minutes (10 minutes of lecture time).

Designated unified textbooks or materials for the trial lecture, and the content of the trial lecture shall be determined by drawing lots from the designated textbooks or materials when preparing for the lesson.

According to the number of recruits in each discipline, if only one person from the relevant discipline is present on the day of the trial lecture and no competition can be formed, the recruitment of the discipline will be cancelled; If there are more than 2 people present in the relevant disciplines, the trial lecture will continue on the premise of ensuring competition; If the actual participants in the recruitment discipline cannot form a competition (1:1.5), the number of recruits will be reduced accordingly; Those who did not show up will be treated as zero points.

(4) Physical examination and examination

According to the assessment results, the personnel who enter the physical examination will be determined from high to low scores according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of positions to be recruited. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards for Applicants for Teacher Qualifications in Henan Province" (revised and implemented in 2010). The cost of the medical examination is at your own expense.

Examination of those who have passed the physical examination. Focus on the assessment of candidates' ideological and political performance, compliance with laws and regulations, moral character, professional ability, etc., and review their qualifications.

In the physical examination and examination stage, when there is a vacancy due to unqualified or automatic abandonment of qualifications, it will be filled in turn according to the total score of the candidates in the discipline reported. After the examination is completed, those who give up voluntarily will not be replaced.

(5) Employment and treatment

For the recruited teachers, those who meet the requirements of the assessment and test, and who pass the physical examination and examination, will directly sign the employment contract.

For newly recruited teachers, the probationary period is one year, and those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period shall go through the relevant formalities in accordance with the relevant regulations; During the probationary period, the treatment shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state. Those who are not competent for teaching work or do not obey the assignment shall be disqualified from employment.

(6) Discipline requirements

1. Fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who graduated in the summer of 2024 fail to obtain the corresponding graduation certificates, degree certificates, and teacher qualification certificates before taking up their posts at the end of August 2024, their employment qualifications will be cancelled.

2. If the hired person fails to report at the specified time, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

3. After the hired person arrives at the post, the identity check will be conducted again. If fraud is found, once it is verified, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

4. The hired person shall not move outside the district for 3 years, and the study abroad must be approved by the education department, otherwise, he will be dismissed.
