On the 15th, the Management Committee of Changsha Jinxia Economic Development Zone informed that Hunan Huajian New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huajian New Materials), a high-tech enterprise in Hunan Province, uses the key patented technology of autoclaved insulation block preparation process to intelligently produce aerated concrete plates with photovoltaic power generation and full recycling of wastewater, waste gas and waste residue, leading the industrialization, digitalization, intelligence and green transformation of Changsha housing and construction.

Shu Chang, sales director of Huajian New Materials, calculated that the company relies on photovoltaic power generation to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by an average of 2,703 tons, sulfur dioxide emissions by 94.43 tons, and an average annual saving of 952 tons of standard coal.

Chen Seen, the person in charge of Huajian New Materials, said that the company adopts the patented technology of autoclaved insulation block preparation process to make wallboards like steamed steamed buns to achieve high intelligence, high refinement, high energy saving and environmental protection and other properties. In 2023, it will produce 48,000 m³ of aerated concrete slabs and 280,000 m³ of blocks, achieving an output value of about 110 million yuan.

The first phase of the ALC prefabricated building profile intelligent factory project of the enterprise has a total construction area of 23,575 square meters, and the second phase of the digital concrete intelligent factory project has a construction area of about 15,266 square meters. With a total area of nearly 40,000 square meters, there are only 120 employees from R&D, technology, logistics to front-line workers.
"Eat" into the sand and gravel wastewater, evaporate concrete, 100% recycling, zero discharge
The main products of the first phase of the project are autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) panels, which have become an indispensable part of the international construction industry due to their lightweight, energy-saving, environmental protection, fire-resistant, thermal insulation, sound insulation, economy and other characteristics. Experts have calculated that the use of high-performance blocks and ALC panels can reduce the paint weight of residential buildings by about 150 kg/m³ and increase the usable area by 1 m² per 100 square meters of floor area.
The main products of the second phase of the project are high-strength concrete and high-performance ready-mixed concrete such as self-leveling, self-compacting, decoration-free and high impermeability. With the first phase of the project, a complete building materials industry chain is formed, and 100% of sand and gravel and wastewater are recycled, no solid waste is generated, zero discharge and zero pollution, and the whole process of circular production is realized.
Since the beginning of this year, Jinxia Economic and Technological Development Zone has signed four intelligent manufacturing projects, including Beijing Tongrentang Hunan Pharmaceutical Headquarters, Jinxiangquan Food Science Research Institute, Dingtong Technology Changsha R&D Center, and Zhongjian Yishengkang Health Industry.
