On the morning of May 9, the Dengzhou Young Pioneers Work Observation Seminar and Promotion Meeting was held in a small school in the urban area. The meeting conscientiously summarized the work of the city's Young Pioneers in 2023, conveyed and studied the spirit of the relevant documents of the Nanyang Young Pioneers Work Committee and the Municipal Education and Scientific Research Center, and arranged and deployed the selection of high-quality courses for the city's Young Pioneers activities. Tang Longjiao, deputy secretary of the Dengzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League and executive deputy director of the Municipal Youth Work Committee, Zhang Hui, deputy director of the Municipal Teaching and Research Office, Qin Xiangqian, deputy director of the Municipal Youth Work Committee, deputy secretary of the Education League Working Committee, and chief counselor of the Young Pioneers, as well as the chief counselors of the Young Pioneers of the central schools of various towns (streets and districts), the counselors of the school brigades directly under the bureau, and the contestants attended the meeting.
At the observation meeting, Zhang Youlan, a counselor of a small squadron in the urban area, brought a demonstration class of Young Pioneers activities of "striving to be a small pacesetter of independent labor". Guo Ying, vice principal of a primary school in the urban area and host of the Nanyang Young Pioneers Famous Teacher Studio, gave a detailed explanation of the relevant policies for the promotion of professional titles of the Young Pioneers. As a veteran teacher, she hopes that the majority of counselors will love the work of the Young Pioneers more, continuously improve their comprehensive quality, enhance their professional ability, and better serve the growth and development of the Young Pioneers.
Zhang Hui focused on interpreting the requirements of the "Young Pioneers Activity Course Guidelines" on the nature, concept and form of the course, and made specific arrangements for the Young Pioneers high-quality course competition. Qin Xiangqian made a report on the work of the Young Pioneers in 2023.
Tang Longjiao concluded his speech. She emphasized that to do a good job in the work of the Young Pioneers in 2024, we must grasp five aspects, one is to carry out theme activities, the second is to highlight the characteristics of Dengzhou, the third is to innovate educational methods, the fourth is to rejuvenate the organization, and the fifth is to shape the organizational culture. On May 10th, the high-quality class competition of Dengzhou Young Pioneers activities was held in the eighth junior high school in the city, the liberation mall school, the eleventh elementary school in the city, and the Huazhou Experimental Primary School.
