As a key cultural tourism project of Changzhou's "532" development strategy, the T-PARK Blue Dolphin Culture and Art Block project integrates transportation culture and automobile elements into cultural tourism through the innovative model of renovating the old passenger station and revitalizing the use of existing buildings, exploring the integration of cultural and commercial tourism, and realizing the inheritance of history and modernity, the reconstruction of business and space, and the resonance of function and emotion.
The project covers an area of about 80,000 square meters, with an investment of 150 million yuan, divided into three major areas of "East, Central and West" and 7 living sectors, gathering creative catering, cultural and creative markets, tipsy spaces, day coffee and night wine, trendy sports, art research, banquet centers, Internet celebrity bookstores, parent-child entertainment, urban camps and other multi-functional social formats. Among them, the "Sports + Art" double activity square exceeds 10,000 square meters, and creative theme spaces such as automobiles, forest blocks, unbounded shows, international friends clubs, and youth emotional gravity fields will be launched one after another. At present, more than 60 merchants have settled in.
The block is in the style of an open urban park, with a total of 6 pedestrian entrances and exits.
