Electrification
Intelligent and platform-based development go hand in hand
"Electrification, intelligence, and platform are the development directions of concrete machinery in the future." In the interview, Wang Wei said.
"Sany Pump Road has long been laid out in these directions. In 2017, Sany developed the first electric mixer truck and went on the market in 2018, making it the earliest enterprise to deploy electric mixer trucks in China. In the direction of intelligence, Sany applies intelligent technology to the mixing plant to achieve less or even unmanned people, and reduces labor costs through the use of local digitalization, so as to improve customer benefits; In terms of platform construction, the centralized platform optimizes the scheduling of all networked equipment, and provides a number of high-quality intelligent platform-based operation solutions such as vehicle scheduling and road construction services with the digital intelligence platform as the carrier. ”
It is worth mentioning that in Shaoyang, Hunan Province, Sany has built the world's largest production base for engineering mixer trucks, and has established a digital manufacturing system for heavy equipment by comprehensively promoting digital and intelligent transformation, making full use of automated production, artificial intelligence and large-scale IOT. Electric mixer trucks have also become one of the product lines with the highest penetration rate of Sany Group's electrified products.

The procurement of electric equipment has changed from "policy-driven" to "profit-driven"
"At present, the customer's procurement of electric equipment has changed from the original 'policy-driven' to 'profit-driven'." Wang Wei said.
"From January to February 2024, the penetration rate of electric mixer trucks reached 46%, which is close to half of the level, and the development is very fast. Originally, due to the guidance of national policies, such as only electric vehicles can enter the urban area, and when the weather is polluted, electric vehicles can work normally without stopping work, etc., through the national policy to guide customers to buy electric mixer trucks. But now that the driving force behind the purchase of an electric mixer truck has shifted, customers are beginning to realize that the electric mixer truck can save more costs and bring higher benefits, which is a big change. ”
From the R&D of electric mixer trucks into the market in 2018 and the hydrogen fuel cell mixer truck off the assembly line in 2020, Sany electric mixer trucks have entered the second generation so far. "Due to the earlier step of the triple, the electric equipment is more mature. In terms of use cost, the use cost of Sany electric mixer truck is only 20% of that of fuel mixer truck, which can save 80% of fuel and maintenance costs, and the cost advantage of use makes customers more willing to buy electric equipment. In 2024, we expect the penetration rate of electric mixer trucks to reach 50%, and the share of Sany electric mixer trucks is also far ahead. ”

High-quality development achieves evergreen hard power
Concrete machinery as China's construction machinery industry earlier to achieve domestic substitution in the field, "with the change of the market environment, the previous ups and downs of the cyclical changes, may no longer exist, concrete machinery industry has become a trend industry." As the first generation of new force in China's construction machinery industry, the "World Pump King" has faded away from the hustle and bustle, and has made efforts to electrify, intelligentize and platform, adding more maturity and responsibility for 30 years.
