After arriving in Jinhua, as the leading "1+3+N" ministry and provincial joint headquarters cabin construction, actively docking with multiple departments, after 7 days of 14 versions of the plan iteration polishing, more than 10 in-depth on-site aerial mapping to determine the regional site selection and positioning, and finally determine the system architecture and operation mechanism and other requirements. At the same time, as the daily person in charge of "1+3+N", he implements the fixed posts and responsibilities of all cabin personnel, refines the division of labor of 10 people to build cabin tasks and guards, and does a good job in daily terminal commissioning, equipment test registration, and conference affairs support, with a total of more than 100 tests and more than 20 on-site meetings. Help solve the display and system maintenance of various platforms such as the "fire protection map" of the Fire and Rescue Bureau, the integrated positioning system platform, the "emergency rescue map" of the Ministry of Emergency Management, and the real-time platform delivery of the Pterodactyl UAV; Do a good job in the shelter waterproof, moisture-proof, rodent-proof and other preventive measures; Relying on the big data bureau and the on-site hydropower group to do a good job in the division of labor for network power points, one person at a point to inspect to ensure the normal operation of each point.

Material Support Group
Comrade Qiu Chengliang, as the leader of the on-site material support team, arrived at the drill site on the night, in the face of hundreds of boxes of large and small support materials, he fully carried forward the spirit of not being afraid of hardship and tiredness, and led the team to build a material warehouse, sort out and classify the materials, and distribute all kinds of materials needed by more than 180 people in the formation, and did not rest until 2 o'clock in the morning the next day. During the exercise, Comrade Qiu Chengliang was able to overcome the unfavorable factors of local rainy weather, find ways to use old hoses to solve the problem of rain leakage at the joints of tents, ensure that the materials and equipment are in good condition, conduct daily material inventory, and strictly register in accordance with the requirements, during the period, a total of more than 16,000 pieces of various support materials were distributed, and the material warehouse managed by the visiting superiors praised. At the same time, he also used his own expertise to actively assist in the shooting of on-site security-related photos, which were widely used.

In this exercise, he was mainly responsible for the management of equipment and materials, camp construction and maintenance, catering and kitchen and other combat logistics support related work. As a veteran, he can complete every task assigned by his superiors to the letter, carefully check each material list, be familiar with the location of the inventory equipment and materials, ensure the timely and efficient support of equipment and materials, and conscientiously do a good job in registration. In the case of a shortage of personnel in the catering security team, they can take the initiative to give up their rest time and cooperate with the catering security team to do a good job in the food security work of the front-line team members, so that they can give full play to their combat effectiveness.
Tang Liujun
Material Support Group
During the exercise, the main stage was to cooperate with the construction of camp tents, set up camp warning fences, organize material warehouses, and do a good job in the classification of equipment and materials to ensure that the follow-up materials were distributed more conveniently and efficiently. In the later stage, he was responsible for washing vegetables, cutting vegetables, washing dishes and other work in the catering area, ensuring that the formation personnel had three meals a day, and often got up at 5 o'clock in the morning to work.

After arriving in Jinhua, Comrade Li Jindi immediately devoted himself to the work, assisted in completing the preparatory work for the construction of the ministry-provincial joint headquarters, successively drew more than 30 drawings of various types such as the general plan of the ministry-provincial joint headquarters and the construction plan of the shelter, and participated in the site planning and acceptance before the shelter settled in the main training ground, actively cooperated with the completion of the location of the cabins, and took the initiative to connect with the on-site project department with various basic work such as water, electricity and network connectivity, laying a solid foundation for the cabins of the ministry-provincial joint headquarters to settle in the main exercise ground. After the shelters were stationed in the main exercise ground, they took the initiative to devote themselves to the construction of various equipment in the four shelters, joint commissioning and testing, daily maintenance and inspection of the shelters, and on-site meeting support to ensure the stable operation of the four shelters during the exercise and provide a strong guarantee for the successful completion of the exercise.
