Recently, Guangming District held a sharing meeting on the "Science City Perception Line" and Huairou Chapter, and more than 120 students and representatives of young cadres participated in the "New Quality Productivity" seminar. At the meeting, the representatives of the trainees of the "New Quality Productivity" seminar shared in detail the training results and learning insights of the training in Beijing, collided ideas, enlightened wisdom, deeply learned from the construction experience of Huairou Science City, stimulated the sense of innovation, and jointly solved the code of the formation of new quality productivity in Guangming Science City.
Guangming District held a seminar on "New Quality Productivity", and organized 47 section-level cadres and high-level talents to go to Beijing to investigate the advanced practices of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Huairou Science City and Zhongguancun Life Science Park, and to understand the operation of large scientific devices in Beijing in an all-round and close way.
In this sharing meeting, Shen Shumin of the District Development and Reform Bureau was specially invited to introduce the relevant content of Huairou Science City in the series of books "Science in Science City", explain the basic nature of the comprehensive national science center, and compare the differences between Huairou Science City and Guangming Science City from the aspects of synchrotron radiation light source, special material experimental device, brain facilities, etc.

Subsequently, 6 student representatives of the "New Quality Productivity" seminar made exchange speeches in turn and shared their training experience.
Yin Guowei, the first group of high-level talents, shared how to view the integrated development of "industry-university-research" in Science City from the perspective of scientific researchers, compared Huairou Science City and Guangming Science City from the aspects of strategic positioning and development strategy, and believed that it is necessary to learn from the experience of Huairou Science City in terms of innovation-led, talent training as the core, equal emphasis on science and education and humanities, and emphasis on the transformation of scientific research achievements and cadre capacity training.
Tong Bozhen, the second group of district finance bureaus, profoundly analyzed the great significance of science and technology finance to the new quality productivity, fully affirmed the cultivation of new quality productivity in Guangming Science City, science and technology finance has a lot to do, and gave full play to the importance of combining a promising government and an effective market, and put forward four strengthening measures.
Xie Zexin, the Science and Technology Innovation Bureau of the third group, believes that high-quality development needs to be guided by new productivity theories, and scientific and technological innovation can give birth to new industries, new models and new kinetic energy, which is the core element of the development of new quality productivity. In view of the current development status of Guangming District, it is necessary to establish a scientific production relationship, maintain the efficient and precise coordination of many innovative elements, carry forward the spirit of Shenzhen, and make a demonstration of in-depth reform.
Wu Yan, the fourth group of Gongming Street, focused on accelerating the transformation of industrial achievements in Science City, and shared learning enlightenment from four aspects: promoting diversified cooperation between universities and institutes, guiding the deep integration of market enterprises, giving full play to the leading role of professional talents, and strengthening the construction of the business environment.
Luo Xiangwei, the emergency management bureau of the fifth group of districts, believes that Guangming District attaches great importance to talent work (scientists and high-level talents), but does not pay enough attention to engineer talents, especially the accuracy of the construction system of ingenuity engineers. We should continue to build a "reservoir" of strategic talents, and continue to explore and implement the "Five Ones" project for the construction of an excellent engineer team.
Wu Anqi, the Human Resources Bureau of the Sixth Group District, elaborated on the three advantages of Guangming Science City in the digital-driven development of new quality productivity: solid industrial foundation, rich scientific research resources, and obvious late-mover advantages, and then put forward four implementation measures in combination with the advantages of Guangming Science City. Angel said: "This study trip to Peking University is very rare, we have gained rich knowledge, pure friendship, cultural literacy, historical mission, social responsibility, and beautiful hope by broadening our horizons and divergent thinking. This training made us strengthen our ideals and beliefs and work hard for the construction of Guangming Science City. ”

Wang Weidong, a member of the CPPCC District, added a little experience, saying that the other three Science Cities are relatively complete in terms of the management structure of the Science City, especially Beijing, but the Guangming Science City is still a disadvantage in this regard. The advantage of Guangming is the innovative consciousness of private enterprises and the spirit of catching up with and surpassing the special zone.
Zhang Minghe, a high-level talent service center in the district, said: First, strict management makes training more effective. Second, the training courses are becoming more and more specialized, and the needs of cadres are more accurately met. Third, the harvest of the trainees is getting bigger and bigger, and the scale of the sharing meeting is larger, so that more cadres can perceive the Science City and improve their scientific literacy.
