In 2013, Han Binglun, who graduated from university, firmly chose China Railway Second Bureau. During the apprenticeship, he went to the construction site in the morning to see the construction of the workers, asked while watching, went to the warehouse at night to recognize the materials, carefully recorded, and then picked up the drawings before going to bed every day, pondering repeatedly, laying a solid foundation for his future technology and management.
At the age of 30, Han Binglun went to the Jiu Biao Railway Reconstruction Project and started his first project as a project manager.
The difficulty of building a road on the desert Gobi Desert can be imagined, but Han Binglun did not flinch, and led the team to work together to break through one by one, and the project completed 16 secondary operations, turning the loss-making project into a profitable project with a profit of up to 25 million yuan. "The turnaround of the project is inseparable from the team working together." Han Binglun said.
Recalling a rescue experience, Han Binglun still remembers it vividly: it was a late night of lightning and thunder, and torrential rain and strong winds raged on the Gobi Desert. At 1 o'clock in the morning, the urgent phone rang one after another, and Han Binglun knocked on the door one room after another: "Quick!" Fast! The roadbed is broken! Everybody follow me to the rescue! Han Binglun took nearly 100 employees and a collaborative team to brave the storm and rain to cross the no-man's land to reach the rescue site, and finally completed the rescue task after more than ten hours of concerted efforts. The leaders of the construction unit looked at the young Han Binglun and his team that can win battles and fight tough battles, and sincerely praised "small Sichuan, big energy".
At that time, the Jiuyuan Railway was the only project under construction by China Railway Second Bureau in Lanzhou Bureau, and Han Binglun knew that even a small project of 200 million yuan represented the image of China Railway Second Bureau.
At a conference, a person in charge of the Lanzhou Railway Bureau commented on Han Binglun: "To be honest, Han Binglun, who is in his early thirties and a new father, is one of the most responsible and responsible people I have ever met!" ”
In 2022, Han Binglun served as the project manager of the Ziyi high-speed rail project. As the first high-speed rail project with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour, Ziyi high-speed railway is of great significance.
Han Binglun has always had a dream, determined to build the electric high-speed rail brand of China Railway Second Bureau, and enter the "350" high-speed rail market. In the early stage of the construction of the project, due to the lack of construction experience, during the dynamic inspection process, the technical problem of "the hard point of the whole anchor section of the catenary and the arc ignition" troubled him for several days and nights. Han Binglun went out with the technical backbone to learn from experience, and finally solved the problem. Han Binglun and his team have also worked technical research, and have successively obtained 2 scientific research achievements, 6 patent achievements, and 12 construction method achievements. In addition, Han Binglun repeatedly communicated with the design, supervision and owner to find ways to increase revenue and create efficiency for the project, and finally the profitability of Ziyi Railway reached 11.71%, ranking among the best in the group.
11 years, in the blink of an eye. The project led by Han Binglun has been awarded the China Railway Safety Standard Construction Site, the Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of China Railway Second Bureau, and the Pioneer Project Department of China Railway Second Bureau Electric Company.
