Take multiple measures to maintain security and order. The Shuangyang District Bureau has firmly established the concept of "campus safety is no trivial matter", and upgraded the anti-collision hard isolation facilities in front of 103 primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the district, effectively preventing vehicles from entering the school gate area, preventing vehicles from occupying sidewalks and fire escapes, and avoiding the occurrence of contradictions and disputes caused by vehicle congestion and crowding in front of the school, loss of mobile phones, and loss of wallets. At the same time, the Shuangyang District Bureau has established and improved the peak service mechanism around the campus, arranging more than 300 police officers in 3 shifts every day to escort students to and from school in the morning, noon and evening, and through the full implementation of the working mechanism of "students arrive at their posts in advance before going to school and withdraw from their posts after the school gate is closed", they can timely discover and stop bullying, injuries and other school-related crimes. In recent years, the number of internal security cases and criminal cases in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the region has decreased significantly.
Publicity on the rule of law promotes safety education. In order to enhance the safety awareness of teachers and students, the Shuangyang District Bureau took the opportunity of promoting the implementation of party building to lead the "police-local integration" work, and worked hard in the "integration of police schools". They dispatched more than 100 capable police officers from various science and institute teams to go deep into primary and secondary schools and kindergartens to serve as vice principals and counselors for the rule of law, combined with the opening of the school season, the National Security Education Day and other time nodes, through speeches under the national flag, campus lectures and other forms, around drug prevention, anti-bullying, anti-violence, anti-fraud, anti-infringement and other topics, to carry out topical, interactive and immersive theme education on a regular basis, and comprehensively enhance students' safety literacy and awareness of the rule of law.
Multi-party linkage to build a strong line of defense. Relying on the working mechanism of "police-local integration" led by party building, the Shuangyang District Bureau normalized the organization of the police to jointly educate, fire and other departments to find problems, check hidden dangers, make lists, and build accounts around the campus safety management system, the operation efficiency of security facilities, the education and training of security personnel, the safety operation and management of school buses, and emergency drills. By continuously improving the working mechanisms such as regular campus safety consultations, normal supervision, joint rectification, emergency response and long-term guarantees, we will help upgrade campus safety and ensure that in the event of an emergency involving the school and students, it can respond quickly.
Technology helps create a security barrier. Based on the goal of "focusing on scientific and technological empowerment and adhering to practical combat orientation", the Shuangyang District Bureau actively innovated technical means, and optimized and upgraded the "one-key alarm" system and put it into use relying on the layout of "point, line, surface, body and network" of campus security in the jurisdiction. The front-end of the one-key alarm system is built on the campus, and the terminal is connected to the local police station, which not only maximizes the emergency response force, but also plays a fast and efficient role in receiving, dispatching and disposing of the police in order to create a smart "safe campus", and provides a strong scientific and technological guarantee for the prevention and control of campus and social security in the jurisdiction.
Campus safety is more important than Mount Tai.
