At the 2nd National Rural Revitalization Vocational Skills Competition, which ended successfully on May 10, Huangpu District players won two bronze medals with their excellent skills and fighting spirit, adding luster to the Shanghai delegation.
The competition was jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Guizhou Provincial People's Government, with the core theme of "Showing Skills and Promoting Rural Revitalization", aiming to promote the cultivation and development of rural skilled talents through the competition concept of "simplicity, environmental protection, safety and characteristics". The competition covers 11 projects, including masonry, automobile maintenance, agricultural machinery repair, electrician, hairdressing, elderly care, baby care, Chinese pastry, restaurant service, e-commerce, tea art, etc., each of which has two levels: staff group and student group. The contestants have been strictly selected by the city, and the referee team brings together professional teachers from colleges and universities, vocational colleges, as well as national technical experts, world competition experts and senior experts in the industry.
The Shanghai delegation sent a total of 22 athletes to compete in all events and performed well, winning a total of 2 gold medals, 1 silver medal, 4 bronze medals and 6 winning awards, ranking fifth in the medal table. Han Shuo and Hu Shihao, selected players from Huangpu District, won bronze medals in the hairdressing staff group and e-commerce student group respectively, showing the exquisite skills and positive spirit of high-skilled talents in Huangpu District.

The hairdressing program includes three modules: women's commercial hair cutting, dyeing and styling, men's modern classic hairdressing and beard design, and women's commercial long hair upward styling and coloring, focusing on the skills of contestants in trimming, hair styling, dyeing and beard design. Han Shuo, a player from Huangpu District, participated on behalf of Shanghai Huaan Beauty Salon Co., Ltd. In the competition, Han Shuo not only absorbed the valuable experience and technical guidance of his predecessors, but also showed his excellent skills and professionalism, and finally played stably and won the bronze medal.
E-commerce projects: the convergence of strategy and practice
The e-commerce project includes six modules: visual merchandising design, online transaction management, online customer service, e-commerce data analysis and application, network promotion, and online store live broadcast, focusing on the skills of the contestants in the six typical work tasks of the e-commerce division. Hu Shihao, a player from Huangpu District, participated in the competition as a student representative of Shanghai Business Accounting School. In the competition, Hu Shihao skillfully used the in-depth analysis of each module of the competition by the coach, formulated a comprehensive and targeted competition strategy, and finally won the bronze medal.
