3. Transportation organization during construction:
1. Vehicles in the direction of Jade Street can drive through the F2 ramp of Nangang Interchange to the intersection of Xinsheng Road, the main road of Nangang Road, turn left to Mingde Road or turn around and lead to Yongan Road from the auxiliary road.
2. Vehicles in the direction of Sanshan can drive through the F2 ramp of Nangang Interchange to make a U-turn on the main road of Nangang Road, and then go to the direction of Sanshan through the main road.
