The narrow and winding river of Diejiao Water Township takes advantage of the unique terrain, and for hundreds of years, the villagers of Diejiao have been picking dragon boats on such rivers. The speed of the self-stacked Jiaojiao dragon boat race has made a qualitative leap, leaving water marks after quickly entering the corner, and the speed and the curve line have formed a similar racing car drift, creating a dragon boat method of corner racing and water drifting. "Dragon Boat Drift" has become a proper term for the Diejiao Dragon Boat Race.
Diejiao Dragon Boat is divided into four tracks: Chaji Straight, Sanctuary L-Bend, Tantou C-Bend and Dongsheng S-Bend, of which S-Bend and C-Bend are located in Dongsheng Village and Tantou Village of Diebei Community respectively.

Taking advantage of the "Millions and Thousands Project", the Diebei Community has improved the style on both sides of the river, repaired the damaged pavement, and brightened the walls and facades of old buildings, showing the effectiveness of the high-quality development of the village and drawing a picture of Lingnan full of charm.

Walking on both sides of the river, you can see that some of the workers are repairing the blue brick houses to increase the aesthetics, some are replacing the railings of the small wooden bridge and adding light embellishments, some are beautifying and renovating the dragon boat frame and metal pergola, some are installing landscape modeling lights on both sides, some are repairing the port with old granite strips or paving granite bricks, and some are cleaning the moss of the retaining wall......

As the most important event, the Diejiao Dragon Boat Drift Competition will be held during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the "4 days and 4 races" system will be implemented. Among them, June 8 is the Church Division (L Corner) race, June 9 is the Tantou Division (C Corner) race, June 10 is the Dongsheng Division (S Corner) race, and June 11 is the Chaji Division (Straight) race.
