1. Linking agriculture with agricultural industry empowerment and promoting revitalization

"The park involves 4 villages, driving more than 2,000 rural households to work in the park, and the number of beneficiaries has reached more than 10,000." Jia Jianming, manager of Shuanggui base of Sichuan Shanghao Tea Industry Co., Ltd., said that at present, the park implements the "hardware" income increase model of land rent, labor salary, equity fund, sales base fund, and benefit bonus, and the per capita disposable annual income of farmers in the park reaches more than 23,000 yuan.

The workshop is busy with orders and delivery, and the company has also set the direction of development in 2024. In the workshop of Nanchong Yinhai Silk Co., Ltd., the staff of each post shuttled between the machines to carry out the work of pulling and tyre, and the silk products were continuously produced off the production line, and the whole workshop was busy and orderly.
"At present, 11 teams in the factory are making silk quilts at full strength, and the orders have been scheduled until the end of August." Peng Wei, director of the office of Nanchong Yinhai Silk Co., Ltd., said that the silk produced by the company is all hand-drawn, which has the characteristics of uniform fluffy core, strong air permeability and durability, and is deeply loved by consumers.
"Good products are inseparable from good raw materials." Peng Wei introduced that in 2019, the company introduced a new variety of natural colored silkworms "Golden Cocoon" from Zhejiang. At present, the company uses the high-quality "golden cocoon" of the sericulture base in Datong Town as raw materials, carries out deep processing, and makes high-grade silk to be sold all over the country, with an annual output of more than 300,000 silk quilts.
In recent years, Jialing District has focused on expanding the mulberry industry processing chain, and has embarked on a "way of economic mulberry" for the development of the whole chain of sericulture industry. At present, the whole region has gathered 49 mulberry industry enterprises such as Shanghao Tea, Yinhai Silk, Shuncheng Textile, Yiger, etc., including 20 enterprises above the designated size, and the output value of the whole industrial chain will exceed 4 billion yuan in 2023, and the advantages of the mulberry industry in the region will continue to expand.
3. Online + offline to broaden sales channels
