According to Huang Qifan, this kind of disruptive innovation specifically includes five levels: theoretical innovation (such as relativity), technological innovation, process innovation, tool innovation and factor innovation.
"Therefore, disruptive innovation related to new quality productivity can be considered from these five levels. These five levels of innovation around the above five key sectors can promote the development of new quality productivity. Huang Qifan said.

"The 'Big Five' in the era of artificial intelligence generally includes home robots, large models capable of outputting content, AR/VR headsets or glasses with brain-computer interfaces, self-driving clean energy vehicles, and 3D printing. In the future, which country can grasp these 'five major items', or be in a leading position in one or two of them, will also seize the opportunity of the times. Huang Qifan said.

Huang Qifan believes that different from the life services for individuals, productive services are an important growth pole in the stage of high-quality development, and only by doing a good job in productive services can the economy gain momentum for sustained growth.
Looking at the world, the producer services industry in all countries of the world accounts for more and more of GDP, the United States producer service industry accounts for more than 50% of GDP, the European Union accounts for about 40%, and the added value of producer services in other developed countries and G20 countries accounts for 40%~50% of GDP. The mainland's producer service industry accounts for about 17%~18% of GDP, which is the shortcoming of our country's productivity.

At present, the rapid development of digital technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, as well as the role played by each technology in its respective fields, itself represents the progress of new quality productivity. In Huang Qifan's view, the value brought by digital technology is far more than this, and we should pay attention to the emerging business formats spawned by digital technology.
"The value of digital technology lies in the superposition of multiple technologies to form an intelligent platform. In this intelligent platform, cloud computing is equivalent to the backbone, big data is equivalent to the internal organs, artificial intelligence is equivalent to the brain, mobile Internet is equivalent to the nerves, and blockchain is equivalent to genetic functions. Combining this platform with traditional industries is the digitalization of traditional industries, that is, the process of digital technology empowering traditional industries. Huang Qifan explained vividly and vividly.
Huang Qifan introduced that such a platform has three forms of expression: one is that enterprises develop their own digital platforms, the second is a platform that focuses on a certain field (not involving manufacturing) (such as the consumer Internet represented by Alibaba), and the third is the industrial Internet, that is, the use of digital platforms to unify the entire industry.
