On May 13, it was reported that on January 6 this year, China's third-generation independent superconducting quantum computer "Origin Wukong" was put into operation and opened to the world.
According to Origin Quantum data, as of May 13, Origin Quantum has shared China's quantum computer achievements with users in 120 countries around the world. It has successfully completed 180,000 computing tasks for more than 8.29 million people worldwide.
"Origin Wukong" has attracted users from the United States, Japan, Canada, Russia, Singapore, Turkey and other countries, among which the frequency of visits by users in the United States is much higher than that of other countries.
It is worth noting that the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the U.S. Department of Commerce recently announced that 22 Chinese quantum industry research institutions will be included in the export control entity list, including Origin Quantum.
It is understood that "Origin Wukong" is currently the most advanced programmable and deliverable superconducting quantum computer in mainland China, with a localization rate of more than 80%, and the rest of the components have been developed and reserved.
This quantum computer is equipped with a number of domestic firsts: China's first self-developed quantum computing measurement and control system, a 72-bit superconducting quantum chip produced by China's first quantum chip production line, and China's first quantum computing operating system version 3.0, marking China's double breakthrough in quantum computing hardware and software.
