Can you talk about the construction process of floor paint? What is the difference between home improvement tooling?

The process flow of floor paint is divided into 5 levels of process treatment, primer, coating, putty layer and surface coating, the biggest difference between home decoration and tooling is that the total construction area of tooling is generally very large, whether it is plain ground maintenance or waiting for the coating curing time will be too long, construction workers should be reasonably arranged.
1. Plain land treatment:
(1) The basic ground shall be subject to the cement powder surface or grinding stone ground;
(2) The plain land needs to be maintained for more than 28 days, and the moisture content needs to be less than 8% before the construction of the plain land, if there is unevenness or hollowness, it needs to be removed;
(3) Fill the ground with mortar;
(4) The oil stain of the plain land needs to be cleaned thoroughly;
(5) Before construction, it is necessary to keep the construction site dry and clean;
(6) Polishing off the loose layer, delamination and cement residue to make it hard and smooth, and increase the adhesion between the floor coating and the ground.
2. Handling of the bottom layer:
(1) Before construction, it needs to be kept clean, if there is debris adhesion, it needs to be removed, mix the main agent and primer and curing agent in the correct proportion, and stir it fully;
(2) It is necessary to adjust the appropriate viscosity and mix according to the ground conditions, and the construction of the completed materials should be completed within 1 hour;
(3) The curing time of the bottom coating is about 8 hours or more;
(4) After the floor sealing primer is matched, roller coating, scraping or brushing is applied to make it fully wet the concrete and penetrate into the inner layer of concrete.
3. Treatment of the middle coating:
(1) Before construction, it needs to be kept clean, if there is debris adhesion, it needs to be removed, according to the correct proportion, the main agent and the curing agent of the middle coat are mixed, and fully stirred;
(2) Add an appropriate amount of mixed resin to quartz sand;
(3) Use a trowel to evenly coat the material;
(4) The construction of the mixed materials should be completed within 30 minutes;
(5) Do a good job of handover at the construction handover;
(6) The curing and hardening time of the medium coating is about 8 hours or more;
(7) Mix the medium coating material with an appropriate amount of quartz sand and stir evenly, and coat it into a flat and dense layer of a certain thickness with a trowel.
4. Batch putty layer treatment
(1) Mix the main agent and hardener according to the correct ratio and stir thoroughly;
(2) Use a batch knife to evenly coat the material;
(3) The construction of the mixed materials should be completed within 30 minutes;
(4) The curing and hardening time of soil is about 8 hours or more;
(5) According to the actual needs, the construction of several requirements to achieve smoothness and no holes, no batch of knife marks and sanding marks shall prevail.
(6) The top coating material is coated with quartz fine powder to fill the gap between the larger particles of the middle coat, and after it is completely cured, the ground is polished with a dust-free grinder, and the dust is sucked up with a vacuum cleaner and polished flat.
5. Topcoat treatment
(1) Before construction, it needs to be kept clean and removed if there is any debris adhesion;
(2) Stir the main agent well before use;
(3) Mix the main agent and the hardener according to the correct ratio and stir thoroughly;
(4) Use a roller or trowel to evenly coat and mix the material, and the construction of the material needs to be completed within 30 minutes;
(5) The construction handover shall be handled at the junction;
(6) After the construction is completed, you can only get on the person after 24 hours, and you can be under heavy pressure after 72 hours (subject to 250C, and the opening hours should be moderately extended at low temperatures).
