On May 12, members of the Shaxian Rocket Rescue Team put more than 300 "life-saving poles" that they had personally cut and processed on the guardrails and greening trees on both sides of the Shaxi River and fixed them. Provide emergency tools for rescuing people who have fallen into the water and drowning, and carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng with practical actions.
The lifesaving poles were placed on both sides of the Shaxi River, and they drilled holes in 6-meter-long bamboos, tied a 15-meter-long rope, and then pasted the corresponding identification paper. One is placed every 30 meters, and a total of more than 300 pieces are placed. "In the event of drowning, the lifesaving pole on the river bank can effectively shorten the rescue time, improve the probability of drowning rescue, save the life of the person who fell into the water, and at the same time ensure the safety of rescuers." Dong Yiping, a member of the Shaxian Rocket Team, introduced.
The members of the Rocket Team appealed to the general public: "A life-saving rod is a love, and a life-saving rod is a hope for life."
