Purpose of the activity
In line with the theme of the 2024 June 5 Environment Day, "Comprehensively Promoting the Construction of a Beautiful China", through the launch of a photo and short video competition, we will guide residents to enhance their awareness of ecological environmental protection, spread the concept of simple, energy-saving, green and low-carbon ecological civilization, strengthen the publicity of key work such as "beautiful construction" in the high-tech zones of Chengdu and Chongqing, and more widely mobilize all sectors of society to participate in ecological environmental protection, practice green and low-carbon production and lifestyle, and provide wisdom and strength for comprehensively promoting the construction of a beautiful China.

Specific requirements:
(1) Entries are divided into two categories: photography and short video.
Photographs can be presented with the content of "Discover the Beautiful China Construction Actors Around You" or "Discover the Beautiful Mountains and Rivers Around You", single or group photos, in JPEG or RAW format, with a resolution of not less than 300 and a picture size of not less than 2M (the contestants will retain the original pictures of the works and conduct offline canvas exhibitions of the award-winning works); The number of images in a group photo should be between 4 and 8. The shooting location is limited to the high-tech zones of Chengdu and Chongqing, and the shooting equipment is not limited, and mobile phones and camera works can be submitted.
The short video work should be no more than 2 minutes long, in MP4 format, with high definition, and the resolution of 1920×1080 is the best (the contestant will keep the original picture of the work and display the award-winning works on the offline large screen). The picture quality and sound are clear, with background music and commentary, the content is complete, vivid and easy to understand, and the picture sound quality is clear and clear; Eliminate the phenomenon of editing and patching together from videos of other related themes, do not add any watermark logos and any commercial advertisements, and keep the original creative art and creative physical works. After the final evaluation, the organizer will select some works for offline exhibition.
(2) The submitted work must be taken by the contributor himself, and the author has an independent and complete copyright of the work. If there is plagiarism, lightning and the same, it will be regarded as invalid submission, and the relevant responsibility shall be borne by the author himself.
(3) The original image of the entry shall not be deleted, added, or composited. Necessary post-processing such as brightness, contrast, color saturation and composition cropping can be appropriately adjusted, including conversion to JPG format.
(4) Remakes are not accepted.
(5) The submitted works will be deemed to be the author's default consent to be used by the organization unit for public welfare publicity of the relevant ecological environment.
Statement of rights and responsibilities
(1) The submitted work shall not infringe on the copyright, portrait right, reputation right and privacy right of others. If a third party makes a claim or complaint about the rights of the people, buildings or other things in the picture, the contributor shall be fully responsible for the legal affairs that may arise or may arise from the picture.
(2) For works and behaviors that are likely to harm public order and good morals, once found, the qualification will be cancelled. "Works and acts that are harmful to public order and good morals" include, but are not limited to, any circumstances that may seriously mislead the public, are fraudulent, or are contrary to laws, morality, public order and morals.
(3) There is no charge for this event, and there will be no rejection. The photographer still reserves the rights to the submitted works, and the organizer and the platform have the right to use the works for non-commercial purposes within the scope of this solicitation activity. The copyright belongs to the photographer, and the submitted works will be authorized to the organizer and its affiliates for promotion and publicity activities, and the use of the works through various channels (including but not limited to the Internet, news releases or other media, offline display and promotion activities) will retain the photographer's right of authorship when used, and the use time is three years, the use of the territory is not restricted, and the organizer is allowed to modify and cut the works.
(4) Once the contributor uploads the work, it is deemed that the contributor agrees to and abides by the above rules. Any work that does not meet the requirements of the call for papers will be disqualified.
(5) The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of this event.
Activity flow
(1) Work Seishu 阶Dan: May 7-May 20, 2024.
(2) Judging stage: May 21 - May 30, 2024. The collected works will be selected, and the shortlisted works will be selected to enter the online praise and expert selection links, and the first prize, second prize, third prize and a batch of excellence awards will be selected, and the works will be awarded award certificates and participate in offline exhibitions.
(3) Offline exhibition stage: June 5, 2024. The outstanding works will be exhibited in various forms at the "June 5" Environment Day event.

Selection Method:
