At the site of the acceptance meeting, the members of the acceptance team checked the construction of the Qinzhou warehouse of the Guangxi regional environmental emergency material reserve, checked the brand, specification and model, technical parameters and purchase quantity of the purchased materials one by one according to the procurement requirements of the project contract and bidding documents, and carried out actual operations on the supporting environmental emergency management software to test whether its functions meet the environmental emergency needs. Located in District 4 of Huangma Industrial Park, Qinbei District, the material warehouse covers an area of about 200 square meters, and has more than 3,800 pieces of environmental emergency materials and equipment in 12 categories and 67 sub-categories such as safety protection, adsorption containment control, rapid neutralization and degradation, etc., which can meet the needs of 2-3 general-level environmental emergencies at the same time. At the same time, equipped with a complete set of management system - environmental emergency management software, through the software, can realize the digital management of all materials reserve, management and call, but also can realize the information linkage with the online emergency expert team, when an environmental emergency occurs, the scene can be uploaded to the emergency expert cloud library, experts timely obtain information and issue a disposal plan, provide technical advice for on-site command decision-making, and realize the digital application of the material library.
