Recently, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province issued a notice on several policies and measures to further promote the settlement of foreign population. It is mentioned that the restrictions on the number of points settled in points will be cancelled and the scope of settlement will be relaxed.
The main points are as follows:
- Cancel the quota limit for points settlement. The restrictions on the quota, indicators and points of points will be abolished, and the channels for non-local residents to settle in Shenyang will be unblocked.
- Relax the scope of academic qualifications. High school graduates, students and graduates of technical schools, vocational schools and above, and their close relatives can settle in Shenyang.
- Relax the scope of refuge and settlement. Expand the scope of refuge and settlement of former husband and wife, children, and parents to close relatives.
- Relax the scope of people who buy houses and move to settle down. For those who have purchased a house in Shenyang and obtained legal housing procedures, the property owner and his close relatives can settle in Shenyang City.
- Relax the scope of settlement of collective households. Non-resident residents who meet the requirements for settlement in Shenyang can settle down in the collective household of the Shenyang Police Station.
- You can settle down in Shen by obtaining the "Liaoning Provincial Residence Permit". Non-residents who have obtained the "Liaoning Provincial Residence Permit" in Shenyang can settle down in Shenyang City for themselves and their close relatives.
- You can settle down by renting a house in Shen. Non-resident residents who rent housing in urban areas of Shenyang can settle down in Shenyang for themselves and their close relatives.
- You can settle down if you work in Shenyang. Migrant workers in Shenyang who have signed employment agreements and other certificates can settle down in Shenyang City by themselves and their close relatives.
- You can settle down by studying in Shen. College students studying in Shenyang can settle down in Shenyang and their close relatives.
- Veterans can settle down after completing the settlement. Veterans who have completed the annual resettlement can settle down in Shenyang City by themselves and their close relatives.
The above measures shall be interpreted by the Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau and shall be implemented 30 days after the date of issuance. The Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau takes the lead in organizing relevant departments to issue implementation rules and implement them, and where the original settlement policy is inconsistent with these measures, these measures shall prevail.
