According to the data of Cheqq.com, as of press time, the cumulative number of complaints about the 2024 ZEEKR 007 since its launch is 69, and the word-of-mouth performance is relatively stable in the short term. So, can it continue its current word-of-mouth performance? Will there be new problems that are difficult for the average consumer to spot? 1. Objective data
This project mainly shows the performance of the new car in terms of commerciality in an all-round way through field tests of 12 items such as body technology, paint film level, interior air quality, vibration and noise, parking radar and lighting/vision.
In the body process test link, a total of 10 key parts of the vehicle are selected, and 3 key points will be selected for measurement in each key part to evaluate the uniformity of the gaps in each key part. Judging from the test results, the average value of most of the gaps is controlled within a reasonable range, and only the average gap between the front fender and the front door is slightly different, but it does not affect the test results too much, and the overall performance is worth affirming.
In the paint film level test, it should be pointed out that since the trunk cover of the 2024 ZEEKR 007 is made of non-metallic materials, no valid data has been measured. Through the test results, it can be found that the average thickness of the paint film of the whole vehicle is about 174.5μm, and the data level has exceeded the standard value of high-end cars (120μm-150μm). According to the test data of each key part, the average paint film thickness of the front fenders on the left and right sides is relatively low, while the value on the roof is relatively high. It can be seen that the overall coating thickness of the paint film is excellent, but there is still room for improvement in spraying uniformity.
In the in-vehicle air quality test, the vehicle was placed in the internal surface parking lot with fewer vehicles, and the measured formaldehyde content in the vehicle reached 0.04mg/m3, which was implemented on March 1, 2012 and jointly issued by the former Ministry of Environmental Protection and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China in the "Guidelines for the Evaluation of Interior Air Quality in Passenger Cars" (National Standard GB/T 27630-2011 of the People's Republic of China).
In the static noise test, the evaluation car is excellent at isolating the noise outside the car in a stationary state, and the measured noise value in the car has reached the lowest value of 30dB of the test instrument. At the same time, because the car uses a pure electric power system, there will be no noticeable noise after the vehicle is started.
In the air conditioning noise test, the test instrument is first placed at a position about 10cm away from the air outlet of the air conditioner, and then the air volume of the air conditioner is increased from small to large, and the noise value of the driver's position is measured in different gears. After actual testing, the air conditioning adjustment of the evaluation car is divided into 9 gears, and the measured noise value is 60.1dB when the highest gear is turned on, which is better than the average level of the same level models tested.
In the static in-vehicle vibration test, the vibration value of the steering wheel is 0 at rest and under load. At the same time, the vibration values of the front and rear seats in the car are also the same in both states, both of which are 0.1 mm/s, which has little impact on comfort, and the overall performance is excellent.
In addition, we tested the parking radar, lights/visibility, handling system, tires, sunroof, seats, trunk. After testing, it was found that the segmented non-opening canopy of the review car was large in size, and the rear canopy and rear windshield were integrated, bringing an excellent sense of transparency to the rear passengers. However, due to the lack of sunshades and the inability to open, the practicality is average. In addition, the lens area of the inner rearview mirror is small, resulting in a large blind spot in the rear vision, fortunately, the streaming media rearview mirror function is provided in the center control screen, which can be moderately alleviated, but because the function will occupy a large screen space after being turned on, it becomes very inconvenient to operate other functions at the same time.

2. Subjective feelings
This project is subjectively evaluated by a number of reviewers on the actual performance of the new car in terms of static and dynamic aspects. Among them, the static aspect includes four parts: external, internal, spatial and human-computer interaction; The dynamic aspect includes five parts: acceleration, braking, steering, driving feeling and driving safety. In the end, the total score is given based on the subjective evaluation opinions of the reviewers, and the actual performance of the new car in terms of commerciality is reflected from the perspective of subjective feelings.
In the external feeling evaluation, ZEEKR 007 has a relatively exaggerated design, which is very in line with the consistent style of the ZEEKR brand. The test car is equipped with STARGATE all-in-one smart lights, which can display a variety of patterns and support custom drawing functions. At the same time, the doors of the whole car are opened and closed electrically, and the operation needs to be completed by the round buttons on the B-pillar and C-pillar. Because of the obstacle sensing function, it is necessary to open the door position in advance to allow the door to open smoothly and automatically, which is slightly different from the traditional mechanical door opening method, and it takes time to adapt.
In the internal evaluation, the design style of the evaluation car still continues the minimalist concept of the ZEEKR brand, with a two-color splicing color scheme and a metal speaker cover as an embellishment, creating a strong fashion atmosphere. However, the seams of the A-pillars are slightly loose and can be deformed when pressed too hard, which is not the case with the B-pillars and C-pillars.
In terms of space, the front row space performance is acceptable, and although the rear row integrates the segmented non-opening canopy and the rear windshield into one, which greatly improves the sense of transparency, the headroom is slightly cramped, but fortunately, the legroom is more sufficient, and the sitting position can be appropriately adjusted to alleviate the lack of headroom.
In terms of human-computer interaction, say "Hi, EVA", and the car and machine will respond quickly. The voice system supports hardware functions such as window control and air conditioning, and supports no wake-up, visible and talking, and continuous dialogue, etc., so the actual experience is relatively convenient.
The car is a four-wheel drive version, equipped with front and rear dual motors, with a total power of 475kW and a total torque of 646Nm. At the same time, the car's driving mode supports a wealth of customization options, such as acceleration ability, energy recuperation, steering mode and vibration reduction mode, etc., all provide a number of preset options to choose from, and under different settings, the driving experience will be significantly different, which can greatly meet the driving habits of different drivers.
The braking system is very follow-up and can be used as you pedal. However, the canopy is not equipped with sunshades, and the size of the inner rearview mirror is small, and other problems still need to be solved. At the level of subjective feelings, the evaluation car has excellent dynamic performance, especially rich personalization settings, whether you like comfort or love driving, you can be satisfied. However, the headroom of the rear passengers is slightly cramped, of course, most of the pure electric cars in the same class also have similar problems, after all, the battery pack is located under the chassis, and there is no good solution to the situation of encroaching on the longitudinal space in some cars.
