Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports Bureaus of cities, counties and autonomous counties, individual sports associations, and colleges and universities in the province:
With the approval of the State Council, the 12th National Minority Traditional Sports Games hosted by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the State General Administration of Sports, and hosted by the Hainan Provincial People's Government is scheduled to be held in Sanya from November 22 to 30, 2024. The relevant provisions of the rules for the competition and performance of traditional sports of ethnic minorities and the referee law, are now soliciting auxiliary referees for firecrackers, pearl balls and other projects in the province, and all units are requested to widely publicize them according to the requirements of the collection, and actively recommend qualified personnel to sign up to participate, and refine the referee team in our province.
I. Basic conditions
(1) Support the party's line, principles, and policies, and love the traditional sports of ethnic minorities. Familiar with the rules and refereeing methods of the project they are engaged in, the referee is serious, serious, fair and accurate, has good physical, psychological and professional ethics, and can be competent for the refereeing work of the project they are engaged in. He has served as the referee of the National Minority Traditional Sports Games, the Provincial (Minority) Ethnic Traditional Sports Games or other national and provincial events.
(2) Be familiar with the rules and regulations of individual competitions in each project, and consciously maintain the seriousness and authority of the rules and regulations.
(3) Must have a referee certificate issued by the competent business department or a referee training class training certificate, have rich experience in ethnic sports and culture, and be familiar with the competition rules of each event of the National Minority Traditional Sports Games.
Second, the requirements of each project
(1) Fireworks: Male, under the age of 45 (inclusive, as of December 31, 2024, the same below), must have a referee certificate of "level 1" or above (inclusive) issued by the competent business department for football, basketball and rugby.
(2) Pearl ball: gender is not limited, under the age of 45 (inclusive), must have a basketball project "level 1" or above (inclusive) referee certificate issued by the business department or the national pearl ball referee training class training certificate.
(3) Woodball: Male, under the age of 45 (inclusive), must have a hockey, football or basketball project "first-class" or above (inclusive) referee certificate issued by the competent business department or a national woodball referee training class training certificate.
(4) Squatting: Gender is not limited, under the age of 55 (inclusive), must have a referee certificate of "level 1" or above (inclusive) issued by the competent business department or a national squatting referee training class training certificate.
(5) Shuttlecock: Gender is not limited, under the age of 50 (inclusive), must have a shuttlecock project "level 1" or above (inclusive) referee certificate issued by the competent business department.
(6) Dragon boat and canoe rafting: gender is not limited, under the age of 50 (inclusive), and must have a referee certificate of "first-class" or above (inclusive) issued by the competent business department.
(7) Swing: Gender is not limited, under the age of 50 (inclusive), must have the referee certificate of "level 1" or above (inclusive) issued by the competent business department.
(8) Crossbow shooting: gender is not limited, under the age of 55 (inclusive), must have a shooting or archery project "first-level" or above (inclusive) referee certificate issued by the competent business department or the national crossbow referee training class training certificate.
(9) Gyroscope: Gender is not limited, under the age of 50 (inclusive), must have a referee certificate of "level 1" or above (inclusive) issued by the competent business department of the ball game or a national gyro referee training class training certificate.
(10) Charge plus: male, under the age of 55 (inclusive), must have a referee certificate of "level 1" or above (inclusive) issued by the competent business department.
(11) Stilt racing and skate shoe racing: gender is not limited, under the age of 50 (inclusive), must have a referee certificate of "level 1" or above (inclusive) issued by the competent business department for track and field events or a training certificate for the national stilt and skate shoe racing referee training class.
(12) National martial arts: gender is not limited, under the age of 55 (inclusive), must have a referee certificate of "level 1" or above (inclusive) issued by the competent business department.
(13) Ethnic wrestling: Male, under the age of 50 (inclusive), must have a referee certificate of "level 1" or above (inclusive) for wrestling and judo projects issued by the competent business department or a training certificate for the national national wrestling referee training class.
(14) National aerobics: gender is not limited, under the age of 55 (inclusive), must have the referee certificate of "level 1" or above (inclusive) issued by the competent business department.
(15) Coconut climbing: gender is not limited, under the age of 60 (inclusive), must have a "second-level" or above referee certificate issued by the competent business department for rock climbing and outdoor events.
3. Selection procedures and registration requirements
(1) Qualified personnel are requested to fill in the "Referee Registration Form for the 12th National Minority Traditional Sports Games" before 24 o'clock on May 25 and send it to the mailbox: [email protected].
(2) Please fill in the referee category in the registration form; "Supporting Documents" need to upload referee grade certificate or referee training certificate, and failure to upload relevant certification documents will be deemed invalid (if there are more than two certificates, only one can be uploaded).
(3) The competition committee will select and transfer some referees from the applicants according to the actual needs of the competition. Personnel who have participated in the national minority traditional sports meeting and the provincial (minority) ethnic traditional sports meeting are preferred.
(4) The list of selected referees will be officially notified, and relevant training and participation in test matches and other activities will be organized. Please arrange your time wisely.
