According to the arrangement, the maturity of ultra-long-term special treasury bonds includes 20-year, 30-year and 50-year maturity, and the interest payment method is semi-annual, and the first issuance time is May 17.
This year's "Government Work Report" proposes that starting from this year, it is planned to issue ultra-long-term special treasury bonds for several consecutive years, which will be used for the implementation of major national strategies and security capacity building in key areas, and 1 trillion yuan will be issued this year.
A few days ago, Wang Jianfan, director of the Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance, said at the press conference of the State Council Information Office that it is necessary to coordinate the issuance of general treasury bonds and special treasury bonds, reasonably arrange the issuance rhythm, and effectively ensure the capital needs of special treasury bond projects; Combined with the actual situation of ultra-long-term special treasury bond funds, we will study the establishment of a regulatory mechanism, strengthen the supervision of the whole process of fund allocation, issuance, and use, and ensure standardized, safe, and efficient use.
