In recent years, relying on the township chamber of commerce, Youxi County has actively integrated the strength of township sages inside and outside the county to promote the construction of township sage promotion associations at the county, township and village levels. In January this year, the unveiling and flag awarding ceremony of the Youxi County Lonely Brave Rescue Center was held in Banmian Town. At the event site, the Banmian Town Chamber of Commerce donated 30,000 yuan to the rescue team and purchased personal accident insurance worth 15,000 yuan for the team members, and another Xiangxian personally donated a rescue boat worth more than 20,000 yuan, which further improved the emergency response capacity of the public welfare rescue team.

Chen Jiyang donated more than 120 yuan to promote the construction of more than 3,000 meters of road hardening and parking apron in Penglai Mountain, so as to facilitate the travel of people along the line.
Lin Mingyang and others founded the "Xiachuan Village Excellent Education and Strong Learning Association" to carry out various forms of scholarship and condolence activities every year.
The total investment in the construction of Dayan Bridge in Renhou Village, Banmian Town is about 5.5 million yuan, of which 1.15 million yuan has been donated by capable people and caring people in their hometowns around the country.
In Union Town, the power of people to give back to Sangzi is gathered through the promotion association. This year, the children of Youxi County United Central Primary School have a brand new music classroom. "The school did not have a special music classroom before, and all music lessons were taken in ordinary classrooms, and after learning about the situation, the United Township and Township Sage Promotion Association invested more than 50,000 yuan to build this special music classroom, and now the children's enthusiasm for learning is very high." Wang Jiaxin, a music teacher at United Center Primary School, said.
Yang Deqiang, director of the Executive Committee of the United Township Township Sage Promotion Association, introduced that the Promotion Association was established in January 2023, with the purpose of "uniting as one, building a platform, working together, and seeking common development", and more than 120 new townspeople have joined.

In Shujing Village, Taixi Township, the majority of villagers have won more than 200 yuan in various project funds for their hometowns, and Qiu Dazhao, a retired cadre who originally worked in Beijing, returned to the village to serve as a rural revitalization instructor to provide advice for rural development.
With the help of the villagers, Shujing Village has successively won the honors of Provincial Characteristic Landscape Tourism Village, Provincial Historical and Cultural Village, Provincial Rural Revitalization Pilot Village, etc., and is making use of the rich historical relics resources in the village to vigorously develop rural tourism.
In recent years, Youxi has guided the villagers inside and outside the county to return to their hometowns to invest and develop their businesses by participating in the annual meeting of the chamber of commerce in other places, visiting the enterprises in the countryside, holding the Youshang Conference, and holding the Mid-Autumn Festival or Spring Festival symposium in the countryside. Since 2021, a total of 42 projects have attracted Youshang to return to landing. At the same time, Youxi has built a platform for liaison and friendship with sages in other townspeople, done a good job in collecting information from sages in other townspeople, and continuously improved the database of sages in other townspeople.
