At present, the irises in Songjiang Civic Square have entered their full bloom. At the entrance of the north gate of the square, you can see purple irises dancing in the breeze from a distance, the flowers are like fluttering butterflies, looking noble and elegant, and the verdant green leaves exude bursts of fragrance.
It is understood that the iris is named because of its petal shape like a kite's tail, and the flower colors are purple, blue, yellow, white, red and other colors. The irises in the Civic Square are planted near the porch for the public to see up close.
