Listen to the needs and understand the voice. Based on the characteristics of the subject, the teachers of each subject accurately analyzed the learning situation of the subject, clarified the learning requirements of the subject, and put forward specific and reasonable guidance and suggestions.

Parents showed concern, listened carefully, and had a deeper understanding of their children's learning and life in school from the teacher's patient explanation. Individual parents also had in-depth exchanges with teachers on home education and other issues, and through communication, they mastered many practical education methods.

The "Teacher's Message" and "Teacher's Whisper" cards were designed in the part of the parent-teacher meeting, which not only shortened the distance between the hearts of teachers and students, but also quietly touched the hearts of students.
