Recently, the No. 3 Neighborhood Committee of Guangsi Village learned during a visit to the residential area that there are some sundries on the roof of the community good-neighbor center, most of which are tables and chairs that have been eliminated after renovation, and have been stacked for a long time. Some residents living on the upper floors can see the clutter through the glass windows. Aunt Wang, a resident, said, "Although it can't hinder our normal life, it's always a matter in the community." ”
To this end, the neighborhood committee and the staff of the Good Neighbor Center have joined hands with community volunteers to actively carry out co-governance consultations, and work together to clean up the piles, so that the community and the surrounding environment can be completely renewed, and the dissatisfaction of residents will be eliminated.
The reporter learned that the debris cleaning is only a small step in the good neighborly governance, and the Good Neighbor Center and the surrounding residential areas have actively established a regular consultation and joint inspection mechanism, giving full play to the power of volunteers, and "looking back" at the situation of the indiscriminate stacking of corridors and public areas, and turning the community good-neighborly activities supported by the residential areas into normalized actions to create a clean, comfortable and warm good-neighborly public space.
Discovery, dissuasion, and reporting are interlinked
Residents' autonomy is embodied in all aspects of residents' lives. Yinhang Street organized residential areas to conscientiously carry out self-inspection of battery car safety management, and implemented every link of discovery, dissuasion and reporting.
Through the visit, the first residential area of Gongnong No. 2 Village has an in-depth understanding of the residents' real thoughts and urgent needs for community safety, and actively carries out the construction of non-motor vehicle charging carports to solve the problem of battery car charging for high-rise residential residents. "More than half of the residents are very concerned about the safety of electric bicycle charging and the construction of smart carports. The neighborhood committees also obtained first-hand information through visits, and gathered the 'troika' for consultation and in-depth discussions. Zhang Yongmei, secretary of the general party branch of the first residential area of the second village of workers and peasants, said.
The "troika" made concerted efforts to strengthen daily inspections and dissuasion, and accelerate the construction of non-motor vehicle charging carports. In order to understand the residents' opinions on the construction of the carport, the neighborhood committee formulated a detailed consultation plan, and publicized it to the residents through various channels such as downstairs posting and building team leader coming to the door, and finally formed a construction plan that everyone was satisfied with. Today, the four non-motor vehicle charging carports in the community have been completed, which are not only simple and elegant in appearance, but also fully functional, safe and reliable. Residents have said that it not only solves the charging problem, but also improves the overall image and living environment of the community.
The reporter learned that with the completion and commissioning of more and more non-motor vehicle charging carports in Yinhang Street, a number of residential communities built in the 90s of the last century have finally effectively solved the problem of safe charging of battery cars.
