In the past few days, in Zouping Economic and Technological Development Zone, Huixian 1st Road, Yuehe 3rd Road and other places, green workers are carrying out greening, green protection, and green maintenance work, through seedling replanting and planting, bare land consolidation, greening seedling watering, etc., to comprehensively improve the greening quality of the jurisdiction. The project has planted more than 2,100 large-scale seedlings, laid more than 55,000 square meters of lawn, and created more than 20 characteristic flower landscapes at key intersections.
As the temperature gradually rises, the plants enter the vigorous growth period, and timely watering can ensure sufficient water supply. According to the different varieties of seedlings, workers use sprinkler irrigation, water wheels, manual watering and other methods to water according to the plan and priority, and focus on watering the newly planted and transplanted seedlings to ensure full coverage of watering and planting survival rate.
Pan Zhiming, deputy director of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Zouping Economic and Technological Development Zone, told reporters that it is expected that before the end of July, Zouping Economic and Technological Development Zone will fully complete the entire upgrading and transformation project and complete the construction of five pocket parks. After all are completed, it can provide more convenient transportation and more leisure and entertainment places for the surrounding enterprises, employees and the masses.
