Wei Zongfei from Linghou Village, Longdu Street, Zhucheng City, was engaged in catering brand marketing planning in Chengdu after graduation. In order to maximize the interests of farmers, he relied on grassroots party organizations to transfer land, and various communities and grid farmers established land cooperatives with land management rights. The land rent was originally 300-500 yuan/mu per year, but now the farmers who hold shares in the cooperative can get a guaranteed income of 900 yuan/mu per year, and there are two dividends after the grain harvest, and the village collective earns 100 yuan per mu.
In 2020, on the basis of the pilot of 3,000 mu of large-scale grain planting in Shiqiaozi Town, Wei Zongfei will transfer 13,000 mu of land in 14 land share cooperatives in three communities of Linjia Village and Town in 2022, and divide regional management by grid.
In order to give full play to the enthusiasm of farmers, he selected experienced planting personnel or management backbones from each village, and equipped 5 regional farmland supervisors for every 1,000 mu of land, responsible for the cultivation management and storage of grain production, and the maintenance of water conservancy facilities, and gave the supervisors a fixed salary + benefit dividends. Construction of high-efficiency water conservancy facilities

In his in-depth investigation and practice, he found that many water conservancy facilities such as water conservancy facilities built in the last century have been abandoned due to the scattered operation of peasant households, and some canals have even been destroyed and filled in.
In 2022, when Wei Zongfei was circulating 13,000 mu of land in Linjia Village and Town, he led the team to visit the old farmers in each village, find out the original farmland water conservancy irrigation canals in each village, connect all the pipes and canals, and clean up the bays and ponds in each village as long-term water storage pools. In order to ensure water supply in all seasons, he invited water conservancy experts to plan and build a water conservancy network that runs through farmland. In the process of building water conservancy facilities, he walked more than 20,000 steps a day, and his face was tanned.

Houji Agricultural Company purchased 10 old containers to transform them into square cabins, and developed and equipped with an edible fungus intelligent control cloud platform system by adding facilities such as heat preservation, temperature regulation, light supplementation, fresh air, spraying, etc., to control internal temperature, humidity, light and other parameters, provide a stable and suitable environment for the growth of edible fungi such as golden fungus and white fungus, and realize the digitization and visualization of planting management.
A cabin can place 1,400 fungus sticks, a fungus stick produces about 0.6 kg of golden fungus, a year can produce 8 stubble, according to the quality and market conditions, the price per kilogram is generally 10 yuan to 36 yuan. The annual output value of a shelter is more than 100,000 yuan.
The shelter is small in size and can be moved flexibly, which is suitable for building on abandoned breeding land and idle homesteads for farmers, and farmers can choose to participate in the way of homestead leasing, shareholding or subscription operation to share the dividends of industrial development.
Relying on the technology of Houji Agricultural Company, Longdu Street has explored more than 190 hectares of idle breeding land and homesteads, and 470 hectares of park plots can be used, establishing a development model of "party committee leading, enterprise empowerment, financial support, cooperative main body, and farmer participation", and is currently promoting the construction of the first batch of 100 smart cabins to create a high-standard "mushroom tribe".
The company has registered the trademark of Tremella fuciformis, done a good job in packaging design, and established supply channels with Korean and Japanese merchants.
